There was a guy in Phx last year (maybe the year before) that did the same shot and was almost perfect for the year.
More and more players are just shooting the puck instead of deking around.

Murray didn't believe you needed to motivate NHL players either.

Give Sutter a couple more weeks and the Kings should become relentless on the forecheck. Once they get used to it, their speed should pick up in the offensive zone and they will make quicker decisions. Still a lot of hesitation by the Kings, but I think Sutter will get that turned around.

WOO! Great win! I thought we look more aggressive tonight, better offensive chances. I notice a few times when Richardson and Lewis speed either created chances or kept the puck in. Like the new lines!

Obviously great game for Dustin FREAKIN Brown! He's been awesome the past few games!

Terrific game by Slava Voynov! Came right back after being scratched, great game from him! He's unbelievable!

I also though Richards and Richardson had great games. Doughty was good as well.

Awesome game by Dustin, Never should have went to overtime.

Lubo pretty much got the Ducks a point tonight.

Impressive game by the Kings. Probably their best since the first week of the season. Loved the jump and speed the team had tonight. All over the ice. Captain was awesome!

I thought Kopitar played a great game. He was all over the place and made some nice plays. He could have had 2 or 3 goals tonight but his luck just wasn't there.

I saw us hesitating a ton too but that will pass like you say. Just watching DS coach during the game and then picking up the team right after they gave up their millionth tying goal on a dumb play inside their zone was great to see.

TM, let the players decide.

DS I am the coach of this team and the buck stops here.

TM Pass the buck to the players

DS Accountability.

One leaves you holding the bag entirely and the other is an invested part of your team who will always at least be looking for a way to be part of a win.

Can't predict the future but DS is at least the kind of coach we have needed where heart and soul leave it all on the ice accountable respect driven hockey is concerned.

On a side note, it would have been funny (for a second :/) if Bernier fell backwards and injured himself when Sutter pulled him back.

Hope good ol' Sutter does well in L.A

It is early to say if he will be successful but reading the comments, I am very happy for both Sutter and the Kings.

I will have to visit the Kings GMT more often now.

Good Luck

I said it in another forum, the Kings will be leading the Pacific by the end of January.

I'm guessing you're thinking of Aucoin who was on fire for a while in shootouts ... funny for him.

All I want for Christmas is for DS to do a full on Sly Stallone impression.

nice win, but controlling the game and scoring 2 goals is getting old.

They rent the ice out before and after the games sometimes. It's a really good time.
