Hamrlik has been pretty good recently. A nice surprise after his horrid play to start the year.

90-10-28 line is better than imagined.

Don't mind semin penalty. Looked like tenedby touched it first and semin already committed. Maybe a little late.

Orlov pass. He executes that more than not. No problem unless it becomes a trend. I don't like that he didn't get back and put his butt toward end boards.

Pp.... Don't suck

Nice pass by Semin as he gained the zone. Led directly to Johansson getting the puck with speed and drawing the penalty.

I'd feel worse about our pp if it weren't against the Devils. I have no idea how they're so good, but they are.

Too much freaking reaching for puck again this period.

Can't wait for sale to either remove ovi from point or do a full umbrella pp.

Meh. The board work is nice but he needs to take the puck to the net and show some urgency toward scoring. Hell, they all do when they amass just six SOG.

Shaky opening period for Wideman & Orlov both. A rather nonchalant period overall. Neuvirth, again, strong.

The Ward line is a mirage. The sooner people realize "the cycle" doesn't simply mean rotating along the boards for 30s the better. This team cannot possess the puck.

Very disheartening seeing them thrash our PP like that. Poor passing and anticipation.

i am going to give the caps pp a pass tonight. devils have given up TWO ppga's at home this season and have scored 7 shorties home and away.

here's hoping the caps break even on special teams tonight.

neuvirth has got it together.
