no matter how much of a high or low we get on as fans...i hope he isn't re-signed during the season. wait until the end and see where we're at.

as hard on Wilson as most of us have been, he does deserve an extension if we make the playoffs imo...but i'd be disappointed if he got an extension during the regular season, regardless what kind of streak we were on...unless it was right near the end and we're guaranteed a playoff spot.

Don't get why you are so apathetic to the expectations for the Leafs. Is making the playoffs all you strive for this team?

You do know teams with bad defensive records with bad Pk's don't win Stanley Cups.
Yep, nothing says "mediocre" like SEVENTH IN NHL HISTORY for coaching wins. You seriously kill me dude, and I find your move the goalpost arguments mediocre. Mediocre people simply don't get to SEVENTH IN NHL HISTORY, LOL!!!

You know what else kills me, you keep harping on San Jose and when Wilson was there the PK was EXCELLENT. Riddle yourself that.

i'm sure that's exactly what burke plans on doing, which is why wilson tweeted this in the first place. as much as i hate wilson at times, he seems like a pretty funny guy. i agree 100% that he should be re-signed if we make the playoffs.

Wow who knew he had that many wins with the Leafs!

Wilson may have loads of wins, but all I care about are the wins with Toronto...which are very few

The only thing I don't like is the PK, but it might be because of the systems or the players we have. We can't grind because we're not a big team, so we can't play physical hence we can't win too many puck battles along the boards which is largely the facet of PK. I don't blame him on the crap of the team in his first 3 years.

You better recheck those San Jose PK stats again. Excellent? Except for 1 year you are INCORRECT.

BTW where does Ronnie rank in career losses if you are counting wins? It always comes back to 600 wins or that 1 year of an aberration PK. LOL

Judging by the booing Wilson endures, I am surprised he actually has 7 supporters.

If he doesn't get John Mitchell and Dupuis nice christmas presents, he will be down to five.

Wonder what Burkie bought his BFF for christmas. Hopefully an Ebook reader filled with introductory penalty kill strategies.

Ya, sort of like how we're 6th in our Conference, top end of where anybody put us heading into the season.

Fire Wilson!
