The same to you and everyone else. May Santa buy the Kings a goal and put an end to Anze Kopitar's 14-game goal scoring drought.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Quick question, Do you guys eat turkey and ham on christmas and thanksgiving? We don't celebrate thanksgiving so I was kind of curious what the difference was.

To me at least ... TURKEY is for THANKSGIVING, and great sandwiches.

CHRISTMAS is ... HAM and a GOOSE if you're doing a Bird, not Turkey

Thanks for the reply, I've never heard of having goose before for christmas, we've alway had turkey and ham growing up. I don't think I've even ever seen goose sold at the supermarket. Looks like it would be quite nice. I've heard of people having lamb in the old days, whether by choice or perhaps turkeys etc weren't as readily available, I don't know.
Anyway have a great Christmas, we're on to boxing day, turkey sandwiches, yay

Ever watch Dickens' A CHRISTMAS CAROL?

... witness the Cratchits' Christmas dinner. Their dinner is built around a goose, stuffed with sage and onions, roasted at the baker's shop around the corner, and served with applesauce and potatoes. It is, Dickens tells us, a goose that was a ceremonial event as much as a meal.
