I feel the same way, I am conflicted. There are stops he just has to make, but on the other hand he gets no help. Sanford has come up with some big saves, but on the other hand he let in all the goals against Nashville. And many of those were not his fault, but could be pinned on the players in front of him

Agree 100%. + Sanford is barely a legit backup NHL goalie. Had a Tebow-like streak but Dekanich can't get healthy fast enough for us

We are dangerously close to being 20 points below the bar.

Watching this team puts me to sleep, I don't need no turkey!

I also get heartburn and insomnia from watching them as well

this is kind of the opposite of the losing not continuing. it seems more accurate to say the winning can't continue.

Beating Calgary tomorrow should fend off any terminations by 20 or 30 games.

I will take that bet.

Just check ticket master and there are very few tickets left. I will say it will be closer to 17k then 16K and Saturday nights game will be a near sell out.

I agree, I may have been low with my estimate of 16,000.

As Porty once said: we're not a bad hockey market. We're a market with bad hockey.

One of the few smart things he has ever said.

Other then a couple of bad nights early in the year attendance has not been bad at all given the crap that is on the ice.

Wow. The Bengals need to recruit CBJ fans! First "nasty" weather of year supposedly coming in tomorrow so I'd like to see what the actual attendance comes in at

And as much as I enjoy us calling Natalie "Seabiscuit," I gotta give her credit. I actually enjoyed her asking the opponent questions about the CBJ.

Now that another loss is out of the way, NHL.com is streaming the Russia-Switzerland game if anyone wants to watch Yakupov play.

I don't have any idea why we feel compelled to call her that. I understand the joke, I just don't think she's deserving of the joke. Based on her first few games, I would like to see her remain for years to come.
