That has been a huge issue between the first generation of premier and authentic version. Not really much you can do. Not sure why they did it, but all those premier jerseys seem to have a wider white stripe. Not sure how the newer ones are, but I doubt it is much different.

Yeah it's weird though. On the same rack there were ones that looked spot on. Jagr, Simmonds, van Riemsdyk, Bobrovsky all had the overlapping numbers on the premier jersey. It's not a HUGE deal to me since I really wanted a Couturier jersey and I got one, but I just don't get the inconsistency. Also, I find it kind of weird that they haven't gotten the new jerseys with "Reebok" across the back and continue to use the old ones.

I'm going to address both of your concerns.
The reason for the stripe discrepancy is because Premiers are cut different than the Authentics. It's typically harmless because the WIDTH of the sleeve doesn't typically matter (striping is unaffected visually, just elongated), but since this stripe is vertical down the sleeve, the cut affected the width of the stripe on the first however many batches, and wasn't manually corrected until later on.
As far as "Reebok" versus the vector, well, they haven't sold all of the vectors yet and want to use them up. That's just bidness, homie.

Oh all right gotcha, thanks for clearing that up. That's what I figured about using the old Reebok jerseys, it's just a little odd seeing first year Flyers with the logo on the back rather than "Reebok". But you're right, can't expect them to just eat the cost of the old ones.

I really dont have a guy as my absolute favorite...me personally I love the stars Giroux, Briere, JVR and etc. of the past and present... but I liked to be different so when I chose my fav players I looked at the guys no one else really went for..

Slight dilemma on what jersey to wear at the Alumni Game Saturday... I have nine options, based on the players participating in one manner or another... I'd love to take all of them and wear three per period, or maybe six (one per player) and wear two per period... but that would of course be too cumbersome to tote and difficult to change... So I will be wearing only one. I have an idea of who, but it is not based on my favorite player of the jersey I like the most, but on other factors... but I'm not locked in yet.
My question to you all... the people I trust most on Earth with jersey matters... which do you think I should wear out of the following choices:
Lindros 88 - Orange with 'C'
Clarke 16 - Orange with 'C'
