For my blank Flyers replica and authentics I took my jerseys to Pro League Authentics for lettering in Downtown Philadelphia, By the way as i was leaving they were opening a box that was filled with 2008-20010 Canadian Edge Jerseys
Skate Zone has some 2007-2010 Edge 1.0s for $80....
I haven't seen any jerseys come back from PE properly aligned (it's easy to see on authentics but it's harder to tell on replicas since the black stripe is so far below). The left number is always tilted inward. What gives! Reset!
I noticed a problem with my WC Giroux jersey that I got from them. The sleeve numbers just don't look right. They're very slanted. I thought it was my imagination until I saw this thread. The back numbers are ok I guess. On mine it's the black stripe on the bottom of the jersey that's actually crooked that makes the left number look crooked. Not sure if I should take it back or not. I got it a couple months ago. Pictures to follow.
Crooked sleeve numbers, especially the left sleeve. Right sleeve is not as bad. Bottom of back #2 looks crooked because black stripe is crooked. Philly Express did the lettering.
I like dealing with Pro League Authentics they know their hockey
I had Pro League Authentics do a Charlestown Chiefs jersey and a Philles Jim Thome jersey. The lettering was perfect on both. Philly Express did my Flyers jersey. The numbers are crooked.

I don't doubt that Rubertis does a classier job but the problem originally was whether or not they would have the proper WC lettering kits available. It appears that PE has enough money coming in through the Flyers organization to not care as much, but Rubertis strives to make customers happy because they welcome the business.
I had a regular Jagr done thru the Skatezone, and they sent it to Philly Express. They didn't do that good of a job sewing the rear numbers.
I just ordered another Jagr to wear, since the first was signed by Jagr.
I went with coolhockey.com this time. They did a great job on my Bieksa jersey.
I think it needs to be restated that the reason fans use PE is because they want their jerseys coming back as identical to the actual Flyers jerseys as possible, from lettering and number size to the material used. Since the official NHLPA kits for the Flyers differ from what they actually use, a lot of Flyers fans who want their jerseys to be as authentic as possible use PE, the same way people in the past used Rubertis when Rubertis was doing the Flyers on-ice jerseys. Unless you are aware of the differences for your team's jersey of interest or care, you could probably get by using any customizers out there and get a fine job done.

Yes indeed. That is why I went with them the first time. But, I just wasn't too happy with the end result. I decided for that much $, I didn't want to go that route again.
Does anybody think I should take mine back and at least try to get the sleeve numbers straigtened? Will I see stitch marks if they take the numbers off?
