And I'm sure I'll catch some flack for this, but

A good indication that they are a Knockoff Site is the SCF Patch on the Black Jersey... they wore the Retro Orange all through that Postseason at home... and the Bobrovsky Black that he never wore.

...And another indication that you should stay away is that they list New Arrivals with long gone players and 2010 Winter Classic Jerseys, as well as 2011 SCF Jerseys... They cannot be new arrivals to a legitimate Jersey company; more like Clearance Items, I'd say.

Haha. Best player in the world and a super nice person. Crosby is the face of the league and is in the spot light all the time and will take the time out to sign a few autographs and take pics with people. claude Giroux? In his breakout season won't sign for anyone, instead will run to a cab and ignore the whole 5 fans who would like to meet him. Pretty lame if you ask me.

Giroux is basically a shy person... Crosby on the other hand, has had his Mt. Olympias status talked about for so long he is self absorbed... and stoops to make the lifetime of his subjects a great deal better whenever the opportunity hands itself to him he lays hands on his mere mortals.

Not true about Giroux. My friends have met him numerous times in past seasons, hes a whole different person now. Still need to get Jagr's signature. Met him in D.C but some ******** dealer ruined the signing for all of us and Homer told him and whoever else was left not to sign.

Giroux seems to be uncomfortable with the fans... not in a bad way though... he is getting better with longer answers, but one-on-,one with fans he still seems shy... but definitely never rude. He will improve; he's still just a big and famous kid.

With Jagr I kinda get the impression they are protective of their HHoF player and he will never be treated like a 'normal' player... Actually I sorta believe he has earned whatever such treatment he gets... not that he is looking for it nor actually wants it... just deserves it. Just my uneducated thought on this, though.

Jagr was cool, he talked to us, but one of the dealers ran his mouth to the PR guy from the Flyers for putting up a rope for us to stand behind so the guy went and told Homer to tell the rest of the players who were waiting to leave that they couldn't sign. I was pretty pissed at that dude. I mean I went to D.C for the game, but since it was a Sunday we went down to meet the Flyers. Got about 12 autographs which was good.

Was the PR guy Zack? He is a great and accommodating dude... I'm not quite sure I'm following what happened though with the dealer.

Kubina at $495 is kinda tempting... especially if you can be sure he is re-signed. What happened to Giroux,Kimmo, Schenn, etc,? Already sold?

I was thinking the same thing. But I just remembered that Timonen was hurt so he did not play. Although they still have game issued jerseys for other hurt players. Hmmm

Not sure about Schenn or Giroux though

Not sure who he was, but all he wanted to do was put us behind a rope for when the rest of the team came out, and for some reason that one dealer decided that he had to argue with the PR dude about it. PR guy went on the bus and the dealer kept *****ing and saying the dude was on a Power Trip and all this other ****, and PR came out and was like "I assume you thought I couldn't hear you? Well how about this. Since I am a ******** on a power trip, Ill show you a power trip. I am going to tell Mr. Holmgren to tell the rest of the players not to sign."

I don't blame the PR guy, I blame the idiot dealer who apparently couldn't deal with standing behind a rope.

I don't sell the **** I get signed, they are pieces of memorabilia I already own and just take to work with me to get signed on lunch breaks. Im still pissed at that dude in D.C lol

I understand now... What an A-Hole.

As for the Flyers PR guy... Zack Hill (above) is very high up (Senior Director of Communications) but is the guy trusted with the Players... More than a PR guy, but I don't know if just anybody is trusted to handle the players off the ice... I don't know if he travels with the team or not... If it was him and he got that kind of reaction from him, he must have really been a jerk... From all I can determine Zack is extremely accommodating.

Def. not him. This was a young guy. Regardless I see where he was coming from. That dealer should have just shut up.

Yep... they have to work with the team who have more to worry about than signatures... The dealer is not going to get very far if he cannot see that. Seems some people have an exaggerated sense of self worth... best way to correct that is make them pay for their ignorance; just a shame some innocent fans have to suffer.

Okay, here's the thing... My son is considering selling his NYR Artem Anisimov Game-Worn Rookie Jersey... Complete with Meigrey COA and special box.

I will be getting pictures of it... probably tomorrow... and can either post them here or work through PM if that is the appropriate way to deal with such things; I don't know the rules here in matters of personal or third party sales.

Please let me know either here or by PM if you are interested, or if you'd like me to post the photos when I get them.

Need your guys help again. Just need to know if my eyes aren't just seeing what I want them to see. You can see the Meigray tag on the back of the jersey obviously in the photo from the game. The other photo shows the mark from game-wear. Does anyone else see it in the photo from the game? Or are my eyes just tricking me. I never knew it could be so hard to buy a photo from these games or even to see them in high quality.

This photo if I could get it in a high quality shot would be perfect but it seems like it's impossible.

HC, thought of you Saturday at WFC... at the memorabilia table they had the locker slats from the Winter Classic for sale. They had Schenn for sale among them... They were nice but cardboard and showed no wear and tear whatsoever, were not autographed and cost $75.00 or $80.00 IIRC... IMO too expensive for what they are, but would be nice in a man-cave, and I thought of you because it would be nice to be displayed with the jersey you bought.

I forgot after the game until just now when I read your post.

They were not selling like hot cakes... even the stars/popular were not moving... If you go tonight I'd bet they are still there.

EDIT: Since it's all for charity, I don't see why they wouldn't put it aside for you if you called them or emailed the Flyers/WFC Customer Service person.

I'm heading down to the stadium now so if it's still there it's still there. Hopefully I'm not getting my hopes up. But I put together a nice little frame job with Cole Hamels' name plate a picture and two patches. If its still there I can do one with Schenn. Also have Mike Richards' from the 2010 SCF media day and a few other Phillies that I could do up like that.
