I liked the move. Winnipeg never deserved to have their team taken from them. As inspiring as they are though I hope the Kings destroy them tonight
I expect Bernier in goal and some sound defense to support him. Hopefully we just find our energy and outlast the onslaught. Back-to-back games suck, let's make the best of it and get some points tonight. GO KINGS!

Seems to be a few of us kings fans in Winnipeg. Even though i'm loving the return of the Jets...Kings will always be my #1.
I wanna see Williams continue to show that he can actually play. Have been rooting for the guy since we traded for him (seems to be a lot of people want to trade him).
We need to start playing Bernier more. Quick is right up there in games played by goaltenders thus far this season (31). Quick has the highest save percentage out of any goaltender that has played more than 27 games. We have also been allowing way too many shots on him which is currently 920. Hiller has played 1 less game and is only 26 shots behind which means that we are pretty much on par with the Ducks, who is in a close race for 1st overall pick, in shots allowed on our goaltender. Quick's GAA is second only to Howard for goaltenders that have played 27 or more games as well.
He's been spectacular for us, but I worry that we rely on him too much and we may burn him out.
I agree Telos, but Bernie needs to step up and contribute here to get more games. Hopefully Sutter does give him some chances and we can rest up Quick before the playoffs, if we make it.
Quick has been playing solid, and last nights game was one of Quick's best of his career, not as great as the game against Detroit last season but its up there.
Lol, you asked me to correct you in the Jets thread, so my personal opinion is that you should use "navy" as the Jets font as the dark blue is out primary colour....also, this is the primary logo , not the one you have. Just a note

I'm not actually from Winnipeg, I'm north of the city a fair ways. Only been down to see two Jets games, both the old Jets. Last time was Selanne's rookie year.
Met him after the game too. Seriously the nicest guy you'll meet in the sport.
For the record, Tie Domi has the biggest head I have ever seen. He was next to a guy after the game who had his helmet on and Domi's head without a helmet was as big as this other players' with the helmet on. No wonder he could take a punch. I remember almost laughing at it.
