My first gift was Splinter Cell Conviction. All downhill from there.

I have still been getting a lot of coupons. I picked up 40% off The Witcher 2 by already having my Facebook account connected to Steam. I didn't even do any of the others nor do I plan to. Just have to wait and see what the sales and achievements will be in 20 minutes. I did find out one of the computers in another department at my work doesn't have the internet blocked so I can check the Steam sales there for now on!
Edit - Rats, doesn't show the achievements unless you log in, I'd rather not log into my Steam account elsewhere. Another day of misses for me, I already have all the games I want out of the daily deals. Driver: San Francisco is a really fun game if you enjoy driving games, I definitely recommend that one.
Kind of disappointing that it's ONLY Human Revolution and not a franchise sale. I'm trying to get a friend of mine to buy the original Deus Ex because he has still never played it.

Nothing interesting again for me. Driver: SF is damn fun though...got it for PS3. Deus Ex: HR was also very good.
I guess the other good games would be FO:NV, MTG 2012, C&C, Civ 5, and GTA, but they've all been on sale before many times...

Yeah, I am grabbing Deus Ex and that's it. I am done.
The game and all the DLC is $23.76.
Not bad. Wish I could have bought it from Amazon for $10 though.

Deus Ex HR is amazing for those who don't have it. Also, I'm considering getting C&C4 and Red Alert 3 for the fact that those are two less games to need Impulse/Gamestop (now a piece of ****). All I would need to do is buy Sins trinity and I would have no reason to stay with that BS software.

so nothing of interest for me today.
but yesterday i grabbed:
Shogun 2 + the blood DLC (the blood can only help. the more blood and gore, the better, imo ....and it was only 39cents, so what the hell eh?)
Dungeon Siege 3 DLC - Treasures of the Sun (completed DS3 a few months ago and enjoyed it ...so to get more out of the game for $3.99 is cool with me)

It is $10 on Gamersgate.
http://www.gamersgate.com/DD-CIV5/si...civilization-v
It was $7 on D2D yesterday.
It's alright. It definitely improved on some things from Civ 4 but I feel it regressed as well.
I always come back to it every couple months to play it for like 7 days straight.
Good for binging.

If you have friends to play it with it's great.
If you don't... well aside from maybe League of Legends I think L4D2 has possibly the worst community in gaming history.

Finally! Something other than coal and useless coupons...Costume Quest. I just played TF2 for 5 minutes and killed myself until I got 3 presents.
Did the same in DOD:S and got coal. Not too bad overall...something decent for only 10 achievements done (the easy ones)

Yeah, very much so. Just loved the ridiculousness of the game.
I did beat it last night, but I can still go back do some of those side missions/activities.

I played the original a ton, but never got number 2 because the demo ran significantly worse on my older PC. Have a newer one now so I'll give it a whirl at some point.

there's one more game that i wanna grab ...Hunted: The Demon's Forge.
http://store.steampowered.com/app/22..._7_suggest__13
been interested in that for a while, but was waiting for the inevitable price drop.
$9.99 isn't bad, but i'm waiting to see if it can become a daily deal @ something like $4.99.

hah, yeah, lately it seems.
is that game supposed to be really buggy or what?
i tried it out on my pc a few months ago ...you know, just to test it out. ran perfect. only tried it for around 30mins, tho.
seemed alright. kinda like D&D meets Gears of War.

lol. All DOTA type games have brutally terrible communities. L4D2 is terrible as well. It's very rare to have a decent multiplayer game. I preferred the co-op campaign, for which L4D was the far superior game.

Been playing co op Borderlands with a buddy of mine and I must say it's an awesome game. The only bad thing we experience is connection problems between us as he's in Europe and I'm in Australia so a few times every session the non-host will disconnect and will also experience connection issues fairly often. That's no fault of the game though it's mainly my ****** internet.
If you haven't got that game, seriously look into it.
