Now THAT'S the game.

Clemm is a terrible backup that doesn't even play good enough to give our starter a night off.

Dineen NEVER should have played Clemmensen against the Rangers. It was a huge error on his part.

That last goal on Clemmensen was just...there are no words.

Wow, that replay was unbelievable. Reaches with his glove to stop a puck going over his right shoulder. This guy, just terrible. That's just yeah, speechless.

It was a nice division lead while it lasted. Washington and Winnipeg will catch us easily until we start getting bodies back. San Antonio Rampage can only go so far

What a huge let down. I thought we've played a decent period as well. The difference early is most definitely goaltending, that sucks.

So we could have saved ourselves lots of trouble by just not playing Clem. Wow, this is a drag.

Game Over.

Thanks Clemmensen. Good night.

Before I fall asleep, I pray that Clemmensen is traded ASAP.

This guy just makes me wanna poke my eyes with needles rather than watch him in the net.

-L-

PS. I'm not giving up on the team. Heck they could maybe somehow come back against Lundqvist but Clemmer just made it nearly impossible for the team to do that.

Our January schedule is brutal. They need to come back from injuries that happened months ago, namely Upshall and Goc. Clemmer needs to be working at Olive Garden.

I think it would had been more important for Dineen to had started Theo tonight. Arena is full, this is not a good exposure for our fans. You knew beating the Rangers was going to be harder than Montreal, so why not start your best goaltender? A remote decent backup goalie asap should be high priority. We can't trade him either, he has no value whatsoever. Who the hell would take him? Tallon already pull one with Olez I doubt he can do a miracle like that again. Is either waive him or buy-out.

Well I think that just because of contract situations shouldn't reflect who gets to play...Markstrom already showed that he's ready and deserves the backup role...screw the "ohh but we'd be paying X amount for the goalie in the AHL"..yeah well we're paying that same amount for a sieve

Dineen is the man! But you have to admit that was a poor decision tonight. But I don't expect a rookie coach to be perfect either.

I'm so embarrassed. On HBO, for everyone to see. I felt like coach forfeited this game. You start your best against their best. They saved Henrik for us didn't they? I'm disappointed.

This better be the last time we see Clemmensen in a Cats uniform. He loses the game for us 5 minutes into the game. What a waste of a night.

any goalie can have a bad night, but Clemms is just a sieve fair and simple, we could have a solid backup on Markstrom..too bad politics have to get in the way

You know what pisses me off more than anything-Michael yorkman is going to sleep like a baby tonight. He can give a **** about the team winning as long as the game is sold out with rangers fans.

I hope he leaves the panthers so he can become CEO of the next Enron.

I get the feeling that we'll make a game of this, but not win. I hope I'm wrong about the 2nd part. C'mon guys, still 40 minutes of hockey, this isn't the same Panthers, lets stay positive, and let's win this game!

That period feels more deflating than the entire Boston game. I don't know if the boys have it it them to make a comeback.

Exactly, it would have been nice to have Theo fresh for tomorrow and put all our eggs in the Montreal basket, but Clem had other ideas. I still think dineen made the right decision and should have done the same thing with Ottawa/boston. We would have won the Sens game if Theo had played.

I don't understand how clemmer can be so solid one night and so terrible another. I've defended him in the past, but I can't wait until he's gone.
