If you fancy even strength play when its tied, the Rangers have been the best team. That's the best indicator due to teams turning it up after they have been scored upon (score effects), but the sample size is smaller than when its close. (Meaning down or up 1 goal in the 1st or 2nd period or tied in the 3rd)
For comparison Boston has been 54.9% on close and 55.6% tied.
