This is why I stick to bowls of cereal and pb&j sandwiches. There's like no way you can injure yourself making either of those. Actually I guess you could. But it'd take a concentrated effort to injure yourself.

Knowing me I would spill some milk on the floor, then when I'm making my pb&J sandwich (with a steak knife because I am too lazy to get a butter knige) I will then slip on the milk and stab myself in the arm with the knife.

This is how accident prone I am in the kitchen. But I can cook some pretty good food.

My Dad burnt our house down making french fries when I was a kid.

Does that win?

I burned a hole on the carpet in my room when I was a kid while playing with fire. I had the genius idea that if I played with the fire inside of a cardboard shoebox, I would be in the clear.

Then there was a lot of smoke, and then it smelled really bad. I managed to hide it from my parents for a number of years.

When I was 6 or so I thought it would be a fantastic idea to light a napkin on fire in the living room. We had this gigantic marble table which was really heavy, so naturally that made it burn and scorch proof. So there I was slowly lowering a napkin over a candle when it ignited a lot faster than I expected. My logically reaction was to tear ass to the back door and throw it out. I didn't make it and burned a giant hole in the carpet. I'd like to say I got wiser with age but lighting a napkin on fire kinda sounds like fun right now.

Why lightning stuff on fire is fun is a mystery no one will ever know.

To put it into some context, I had discovered that a lighter + hair spray makes a pretty neat torch. I wanted to play with it, but didn't want to light my carpet on fire. For some reason, I thought doing it in a cardboard box was somehow safer. Torched a hole right through the bottom of the box as well as my carpet.

Once I realized it, my face looked a lot like the cat in my avatar. I quickly put it out and then put a small throw rug over it to hide it from my parents for a good number of years until my mom cleaned my room unexpectedly one day and discovered it while vacuuming.

Classic Sharks on CSN right now. Irbe looks SUPER tiny in the net compared to today's goalie. Oh how times have changed. And those white jerseys look so ****ing good.

First day of Rhetoric Analysis and the professor dresses up as The Doctor and plays with his toy sonic screwdriver, calls Smallville a crappy show (no opinion), and then tells us to blog because he grades our blogs (apparently). Then we spent the entire class time watching Superman (1978) and Doctor Who. I love this class.

I am only taking three core classes this semester and each requires books that cost over 200 bucks. FML.

YES! I just got word from my lawyer, it sounds like I'm in the final stages of getting my Permanent Residency Status in Canada! If all goes well I'll soon be able to work, get medical, and not have to worry bout having to shuttle between the States and Canada anymore!

Just some paperwork left and a final authorization process. Not sure how long this last few steps will be, but I can finally see the end of the tunnel!

After seeing the spider you posted a while ago, I don't think that was necessarily a dumb move. Those things down there are bloody beasts

Did you get the spider?

I work with lots of flammable chemicals, and I always sort of hope something will accidentally catch on fire, just because fires are fun.
