Garbage for 40 minutes, great for 20...whatever it takes to win I guess. Columbus is pretty much the only team that we'll be able to get away with that though.
Green's coming back on Tuesday? O/U: 3.5 games till he gets injured again?
The team made it sound like later in the week was more likely.

I swear to God Dale, you better put Ovechkin out there, this joke of a shutdown line sucks at shutting down and are great at missing the net.
Edit: **** you Dale, see what happens, Laich missed the net by a mile.
yeah, you have to think if it were a lesser player, like Halpern, or a kid, like Orlov or MoJo, there would be a team-wide understanding that, 'We're gonna try to get this guy his third.' but in the last 2 games, DH certainly hasn't gone out of his way to give Ovie the chance at ENG.
at current rate of 2 goals per game, Ovie will have 106 goals by end of season.
Caps looked fine. Not a great 2nd period, but countered with a great 3rd. First period was a toss up.
Happy anytime you can win on the road.
Caps are on a good roll. If they keep playing this way, they will win the division, and probably beat our the Atl Division winner. I think Boston will get the #1 seed though.
Man Orlov...he's here to stay. It is pretty much obvious for any that have been watching his games at the NHL level. As I believe Langway said he won't being seeing AHL any time soon.
Great to see AO heating up and getting his confidence back.

Hopefully we can see sarge in another uniform too... then Orlov/Erskine can be our #7D, for now. (once Green is back)
