Coming off back-to-backs, Montreal is playing with more urgency and we are still playing pretty poorly. Some signs of brightness last night in the 2nd period but we're still not to where we were earlier in the season. I understand that injuries are depleting our lineup, but GOOD TEAMS get through it. We have not been playing well this month with only 3 wins in our last 9 games (all against teams we should be beating anyways).

I'm not expecting much tonight. Montreal will come out hungry especially after the way they lost in Tampa the other night. Price will most likely play a great game too. I know we're all trying to stay optimistic but with our play in recent weeks, it's really hard to expect something amazing from this group. We're falling back down to reality, and tonight I expect the same. 3-0 Montreal the final, combined with a Winnipeg win, well our SE lead falls to 2 points with WPG still having a game in hand.

From 9 points up to 2 in less than a month. Only Florida man, only Florida.
I think we've been playing pretty well overall through all the injuries. Im proud of the boys that they still are where they are in the standings. There was no way we could have "got through" the injuries we had. We are a good team, that's why we are where we are in the standings. We've done almost as good ad you can realistically ask for through all these injuries imo, and now we have a lot of guys back skating. We can definitely beat the habs if we work hard. Who cares if they're angry, we ate going to be angry too after last night.

Meh, teams with large fan bases, and internet usage, will garner responses like the ones there. Not sure why I try, it's ridiculous. Wonder how many of these guys watched a decade or so ago.

Montreal are very beatable, their team is about as good as the one we have with all the injuries. Plus, I'm fairly confident that Theo will outplay Price. They have a great PK though, so that will be hard and Cammallleri is kinda hot, but still Panthers win.

They must win, just because I spend the night with 14 Habs fanatic. hahaha

If all else fails, watch Dallas vs. Boston. Steve Ott said Boston is going to feel what it's like to get THEIR goalie run. Awesome.

Although Ellerby lost the actual competition, his shooting was impressive.

We're playing decent but we're just not getting any quality chances. Montreal seems to disappear for 10 minutes but comes right back and gets more quality chances in 30 seconds than we can muster in the entire period.

Constantly cycling down low is not going to score you any goals. Why did we stop using our defenseman? It's like we've totally lost our gameplan from earlier in the season.

I'm expecting Montreal to score on this PP too.
