Bud, I've tried to drink it, trust me. Sometimes the only thing around is a keg of Bud, often times, actually. It makes me throw up after about half a beer, can't even keep the pisswater down.

I checked Binnys website...
I drink a lot of
Erdinger
or
Franziskaner
Not sure if you know what "Hefeweizen" is, but it's the best you can drink.
other than that, you should try
KLW and a stronger beer named
Salvator
Trust me guys, buy it and enjoy it. I tried them all... almost all beers that can be had. I go with this above

I prefer IPA's to Hefeweizens, or really anything except maybe a very good barleywine.
EDIT: On the subject of beer, the most overrated beer in the world is Yuengling. I just don't see what the fuss is about, and frankly, I don't really care that they don't sell it out here.

Hefeweizen is where it's at. I'm a Scotch person, but when I drink beer its Guinness, Newcastle, or Hefeweizen.

I like Yuengling. Had some this weekend, buddy brought it from DC. Got kind of a nutty and honey taste to it.

Yea, I love scotch, as long as its decent. The cheapest scotch I can drink is probably JW black label and since that's not THAT cheap by college standards, I don't drink scotch very often. Though, my brother did get me a bottle of Dewar's 18 yr founder's reserve that's pretty damn good. As far as a common scotch I like to drink when I go out, I'd have to go with Glenlivet with Macallan being a close second. I've had better at scotch bars/more upscale establishments, but those two can be found just about anywhere.

A xany bar and whatever Bubba suggested did the trick. Topping off the night with a bit of Dewars and a long, peaceful sleep/

For the price, The Glenlivet is very good. I bought myself nice a gift box with a 750 mL of The Glenlivet and two scotch glasses for $35. I also just tried Highland Park 12 and that one is even better, but is a little pricier at $40. The best I have had so far is Laphroaig 10 Original Cask Strength (56% ABV)...love the strong peatiness...definitely need to add some water to that one!

I need to try these two, I've especially heard good things about The Macallan.

Went to a local brewery/restaurant, that only sells their own brews. Had a couple of the espresso & chocolate stouts. Absolutely dinamite. Also had a pumpkin spiced brew that was good, although not the greatest.

Boston.
Sam Adams is one of the larger breweries in the States, and pretty much found everywhere alcohol is allowed to be sold.
