Supposedly the Browns and Dolphins have talked to him. Washington is out thanks to the #2 trade.

I read something about Flynn saying he was probably going to wait on his decision until the whole Manning situation is over. That makes sense though, if Manning doesnt end up in Miami, Flynn will.
