On the flip side, are teams going to try to take the Rams on their offer if they realistically feel they can land a FA QB pre-draft, to help shore up 2 problems with 1 stone?

Safe to say that a market hasn't developed. No one willing to fork over big bucks based on 2 games.

Supposedly the Browns and Dolphins have talked to him. Washington is out thanks to the #2 trade.

I read something about Flynn saying he was probably going to wait on his decision until the whole Manning situation is over. That makes sense though, if Manning doesnt end up in Miami, Flynn will.

Good contract for the Seahawks.

Miami strikes out again. What a dysfunctional front office.

Miami had the opportunities to sign either Manning or Flynn (the latter probably more reasonable) and failed. What a shame

That franchise needs a solid QB

Seems like a solid gamble for Seattle.

Miami pretty much down to having to sign Alex Smith or draft a QB or just roll with Matt Moore again, aka might as well tank for Barkley.

Pity to Dolphins fans.

First you get your hopes up for Matt Flynn, then you really get your hopes up for Peyton Manning, and the Fins get neither LMAO.

Well, you can always look forward to the battle to stay out of last place with the Jets, right?

Seahawks have done well this offseason.

Their D-line got quite scary with adding Jason Jones. Their secondary is really good. Their LB corps is below par (after losing Hawthorne), but can get better through the draft.

Their O-line is above average, their rushing attack is competent. They've got talent at both WR and TE position.

This team could surprise next year. Wouldn't shock me too see them around 10 wins. Not many big holes. That is, if Flynn can work out.

Now being reported on ESPN that since Dolphins are out on Flynn, they're in on Garrard.

darren rovell ‏ @darrenrovell

Matt Flynn gets $10M guaranteed from the Seahawks (via @AdamSchefter). Attempted a total of 132 passes in his NFL career.

Hopefully for Seattle this works out better than Scott Mitchell did

Smith is probably better than Flynn anyways.
