You know I've always liked Jamie Storr (just saw him on the screen.) and I wish he could've put it together.

Hey Everyone...

Just a friendly reminder:

Tonight on FSN -

Thursday, November 18, 7:30 p.m.
Kings vs. Detroit (playoff game) from April 18, 2001:

The Kings entered Game Four of their first round playoff series versus the Detroit Red Wings trailing two games to one. Entering the third period the Red Wings led the Kings by 3-0 score, but it would be Los Angles responding with three goals in the third period including Jozef Stumpelís game-tying goal with 53 seconds remaining in regulation. The Kings would record the win in overtime when Eric Belanger scored.

Well I guess they're not showing it... they're showing the Senators/Kings again. They already showed this! Damn it, I wanted to see Game 6.

It's funny hearing Bob with all the promos for the sale season tix. The moment Gretzky came to LA, the amount of times that promo is read in a game probably tripled!

Had to post that, as it goes well with the end result of the game.

Luc and Yzerman look SOOO young. I also forgot that the timeframe was the final shift to all players wearing helmuts - I forgot about Dugay's flying hair. Sometimes I miss the helmut-less days! Sigh.

Classic King Game on FSN

Its on right now.. One question.. On my adelphia it says that its game 1 of the 2001 playoffs, and we lose 5-3?? Why would they show this game?

edit: Yup, Adelphia is wrong.. Its Game 6 where Deader puts the Wings away.. Brings a tear to my eye.

Yep, that happened last time they broadcasted Game 6 (December 11, I believe).. I didn't understand why they'd show game 1, but then when the time came, it was the correct game.

Ok, its one thing to wave the goal off, but jesus that was a vicious cross check by Fischer... Not even a penalty! He almost slammed his face on the post!
