Toronto, Vancouver, you should listen to Bill Lee stories about the things that happened to Bobby Orr in Boston. So no, it's horse crap. Not all cities treat their hockey stars like they do in Dallas or L.A. But many cities are just as crazy as Montreal.

Well, I hope you won't compare it to Lethbridge. Compare it to New York, Chicago, L.A. and you'll find that Montreal's night life pales in comparison.

no punches were thrown and they both kept their gloves on...why is this a big story?

could we change the title to the two of them holding on to each other?

I don't know what PK as really done to make you think such a thing.. If it's because of altercations in practice I see that more as PK being maybe a little to competitive in practice and some of the vets not liking it.. I wish the Habs had more guys like PK.. Atleast he seems to give a damn unlike some of the floaters on the team.

Because it's Montreal where EVERYTHING gets blown out of proportion no matter how insignificant it really is..

Plekanec doesn't come off as that type of guy. I heard Subban instigated. Pretty sure it's just another stupid rumor for publicity. Who knows?

This is what losing will do to you.

I normally wouldn't care. Its normal for teammates to get in scuffles during practice especially when things arent going well. What I do find a bit strange is that subban is always in the middle of it, though. Hopefully, things aren't personal.

There is no lost love between these two.

I remember very well Pleks' reactions after Subban's winning goals.

Two opposite personnalities, too.

The only thing I'm taking away from this incident is how happy I am that Josh Gorges resigned for 6 more years.

Give that man the C in the off season.

Maybe if James van Riemsdyk misses the bus and is rude to Bryzgalov then we can get him for, say, John Westin?

After watching the video, I'm disappointed Subban didn't lay one into Plekanec, then skate over and pull Cammalleris jersey over his head and watch him struggle like the little girl he is. They're both ****ing pathetic. Cammalleri / Tomas are softer than soft. Michel Therrien himself wouldn't be able to describe just how soft they are.

I am in full favour of a retool but I'd probably like to keep AK and trade guys like gionta or cammy in his place.

I agree with you on all counts, but I stand by my statement you overdid your claims. Hence why some quoted you as comic relief and some suggested they have razors, thinking you're a habs fan past delusion. lol The habs have their issues, I can't deny that and I think we need a new direction and philosophy. PG is worthless, he has no vision. Terrible GM. Luckily, I think his time is up.
What has AK46 done to deserve another contract? They should trade him.The only consistent thing about him is his inconsistency.

If they could move Cammy they should but i Term & $ and that he is having a bad season will make it a tough sell.

As for Gionta. I think he is a very important part of this team. Ever since he has been out of the line up. the team has been worse. It is clear that he is the Captain and leader of this team. I think he could help out in the short rebuild.

hahaha!

Price and Subban do hang out together. A good friend waitresses at Shark's and she mentioned that they've both come in together to bowl. Subban's friends with Eller as well, they've both said so in interviews.

I like both Subban and Pleks, neither are favourites are mine though, and it's clear that they don't get along.

meh, just so we replace him with another +/- 50 pts player to realize the new guy is also inconsistent... like pretty much every 50 pts player ?

Oh and how come nobody talks NOW about Subban being a cancer? Or do you wait till he's traded so that we can praise Mr. Gauthier, or call Subban trade an addition by substraction and all sorts of stupidities like that?
Give it time. This is the same fan base that tried to get Price out of town after his great rookie season.

I don't like this. Yeah it happens, but dropping the gloves with the intent to hurt (insert joke) is a bit much. I think Pleky is tired of either PK making dangerous hits in practice or that he tries to do his own thing and in the process disturb the flow of the unit (which Pleks is very dedicated to).

I really hope they legitimately make up and not just for the public cuz it's our best overall fwd and best defenceman and both are part of our "core". Did anyone catch the video?

This is another reason though Markov's return will help. PK won't be able to act like his **** don't stink because Markov is better than him at everything.
