It feels so good to have Ovechkin scoring again.

Ovi gets credit for the goal, but the swedes grade A passing made it look easy

8 scoring like 8 has impact that ripples thru the roster. this is a big deal. if Ov returns to Hart trophy OV the fear will ripple thru the league again and teams will not dare forecheck as hard on the Caps d as they have become comfortable

WTF? Why is 19's line plus the 4-81 pair out against Iggy?

notice orlov on the ice v iginla's crew and they were pinned the entire shift. just saying that managing his minutes is important and that he is a 20 year old rookie

Hopefully Wideman got the memo.

Also you guys, I think the pinned shift was a good shift overall, they kept them outside. It gets you tired, but its still good that all shots were on the outside.

haha

We now try two passes before shooting. Its that extra pass I have been wanting to see on a regular basis for about 4 years now.

Well if erskine made a better pass to orlov in the corner that could have been mitigated... Instead it goes to calgary point dman

Have to admit the forward lines -- beyond 1st line -- looks weak without Semin
