As far as I know 96 class was never considered to be as strong as 95, but 97 was. Some experts were very high on 97 class. Players to keep an eye on: Tyanullin, Korostelev, Kashtanov, Artemov, Zhebelev, Byakin, Eltyshev, Provorov, Platonov, Lazarev, Samsonov
