The ref putting his hand up is going to be the lingering image of this game.

Pretty much. They have a level of offensive talent we don't have. We should have the better defense but they've sucked. Russians have the way better goalie.

Lucky break for Canada. That almost locked it up.

Power play for Canada now. Here's their chance. Need to score

Omg, what a dive. Clear embellishment, what a joke. How soft those Canadians are.

Russia is clearly a better team.

That being said, I find the lack of heart, and the lack of try by canada to be extremely depressing and embarrassing.

At least Russia can win the gold for the two young lads who passed away..rip

Well, at least Freddie Hamilton has been good, but I guess it's because we always talk about how smart he is and the good grades in school and all, maybe that's why he's one of the few to not have lost his mind. I'm more than satisfied with the tournament he's had.

something about watching the big tough Canadians get eliminated by the soft russians in consecutive years makes me smile, though I can't quite put my finger on it.

Russia took away the gold from Canada last year.
And now they're sending them down to the bronze game, wow no wonder you hate them :p
