As he puts up 2 points and made endless wonderful set-ups.

He got 2 assists w/o Jagr. I think you are pimping Jagr too much as usual. Giroux beenfits from having Jagr as Jagr benefits from having Giroux. But Jagr is not "the engine that makes the Giroux Hot Rod run."

Switch Giroux with Jagr and Jagr with Giroux, and it still makes even more sense.

Both are great players, so when they're better together than when either of them is injured.

They obviously zoned in on him. 3 straight shifts where he was just the prime target for punishment by the blackhawks but he still got a lot of chances. Hes obviously better with jagr than Read but he has 8 points in 5 games without Jagr so hes still getting them.

Oh man, Danny's been playing like ********* lately. I know it.

Like I said, Kane had a beautiful opportunity there. Sometimes, though, **** like that is going to happen considering we put more money towards a goalie instead of another dman. I just can't defend a guy with a huge cap hit paid more than ANY goalie this year who CONSISTENTLY puts up abysmal save percentages in the 70s and 80s all while letting up at least 4 goals.

Pretty weak call on Kane IMO I saw Hartnell do that twice to Keith and Olsen, but we'll take it !!

Horrible D mixed with Bryz at the end to give Chi 2 goals

in 70 games last year bryz didn't have as many 4 goal games as he does this year in a quater of the starts... it has to be the lack of d... but then again he looks like he's fighting the puck off constantly... i don't know what to think...

You could put Lassie and Rin Tin Tin out there with Giroux and he is still going to make dog food out of your defense.

The powerplay runs through him so he gets a lot points there too.

I just think that together, Jagr and Giroux are the best duo in the NHl (only behind the Sedins and even then they can give the twins a run for their money).

Just get a Dman with the balls to clear traffic around the net. Todd Pinkston wouldnt even fear our D right now.

He stole the game when Chicago were carrying the play.

Flyers aren't going to win more than 2 playoff games if they make it, but it's fun to watch them score at least.

I hope Bryzgalov and Bobrovsky do the honorable thing and quit hockey without taking another cent from the Flyers. I feel more confident in Leighton.

Bryz and the D were not good. If Kimmo is out for a good period of time, this might mean we have to go for a big name D man. A goalie can become better with the better D-men in front of him.
