I agree with Doughty's comment about being different from Murray and that being what they needed. The team needed a a new voice. Hopefully it'll start to translate into more success going forward.
I'm really happy for Sutter and L.A. and really curious if he can help push the L.A. Kings deeper into the playoffs. He is the perfect coach for a team like L.A. who had some top players underperforming. Pretty much every Flames fan knew this is how it would play out. The thing is, Sutter had become the cool thing to hate on HF so it definitely affected everyone else's perception of the hiring.
