I was surprised Hithcock was given another NHL job but if the Blues continue at this pace, he might get coach of the year. The Blues home record is 19-3-3 without counting tonights game vs Oilers.

Defensive coaches are awesome.
The Blues are now a responsible 5 guys in the picture team and they could quite possibly make it to the WCF.

I'm going to lose in my fantasy pool this week because Halak just got the easiest shutout I've ever seen.

15 saves.

This isn't a knock on Halak. Look at Elliot's last shutout, 14 saves! Blues simply dominate inferior opponents. Look at how they performed against us.

I understand that but I'm hoping for a lotery pick. Anything is possible
you can almost bet that Edm will pick a defenseman this year. they got lots of young forwards.

I care, anyone but Boston.

I really think they don't want to be in the top 2, picking Murray over Grigorenko or Yakupov could turn into a disaster.

I think they'd take Grigorenko. Would be a heck of a 1-2 punch at centre with RNH.

Still think the Oilers would be best going BPA.

Yes they need a D, but I don't know how you pass up those Russians.

Only way I could see it is if they are able to trade down for lots of picks.
