The Bruins are loaded with goons, don't you know? Carcillo, Kaleta, Cooke, Ott, Torres, Shelly, Tootoo... all Bruins, right? Right?

Since that is not what you posted...

Then you are standing by an incorrect statement.

Seems to me like Vancouver does not want 1st overall this year, too much explaining to do when you **** up,and blow a lead, and lose the Cup

Here's another fact for ya, counselor: Your No. 1 goalie is a gutless, whining fraud who wilts in the clutch.

That's because you're the only objective source of information on the board, right counselor?

Timmy should get one of the guys to bring a tire pump out onto the ice during the warmups and pretend to inflate his pads with it during the pregame stretching.

Also, I'm all for bashing Luongo, but credit where credit is due he did win the gold medal at the Olympics, which I know not everyone cares about that and its surely no Stanley Cup but I think its still a very significant achievement.

IMO if that tournament happens in any other part of the world, it doesn't happen. Pros winning gold medals are like millionaires buying yachts....big ****in deal.

I have my signed Neely jersey's finally mounted on the wall. Ready to go for the game tomorrow morning. Hoping for another Bergeron/ Seguin show. I am still liking the way Pouliot is playing.

I'm not trying to be a board mod, but to the Vancouver fans posting in this thread: let's not go on a crusade on defending our team. This isn't the place for it, and Boston fans are entitled to their opinion even if you don't agree with it. This is their board, and if you can't handle it, head back to our own forum.

Now that I've said that, I'd like to see Rask's game, though I do love Thomas. Both Schneider and Rask are elite backups (arguably the best backups in the league, better than most starters) and the battle of the Youth would be really awesome. Also, I haven't really seen Rask play a big skill match-up besides the Detroit game, so maybe I'm a bit selfish.

I like Cory Schneider. Mass. boy, he was great at BC, and I hope he gets to be a full-time starter in the NHL.

As a canucks fan I can see why the bruins fans are mad/opinionated. Im still undecided myself, as I wanted to see luongo play bc I believe he can play well. But think about why the bruins are so opinionated about this incident. If I was to guess its bc bruins lose either way.

If the bruins win, its against a backup. If they lose, its against a backup. Whereas if the canucks start luongo and bruins win, the bruins reaffirm last yrs win. If the bruins lose, its just another game.

I see why canucks are starting schneider, its a win win either way. Along with the facts of boston being schneider's hometown, hasnt played in a while, big showcase stage for schneider's future trade value, 10 am pst start time etc.

Either way I would be lying if I say that I wasnt looking forward to this game hoping luongo shutout the bruins

Im hoping for a good exciting game!

More like, if Luongo starts, the Bruins fans in attendance will be able to have that much more fun.

I hate Schneider. I've hated him since college. *I'm a BU Alum.

No way Tuukka gets this start. Thomas wants it and Thomas will get it.
