I suggested 81 52 to open conversation about going 5 strong O dmen. After arguing about it for a day, I warmed up to it. I liked them last game. I didn't see anything in the pair to find fault with. Orlov looked a natural at LD.
Many reasons to do it, one of which is that Green is our most consistent RD - let him be a mentor. Another, why would teams target Green on dumps when they have a 20 game rookie to target? Orlov can go get those dumps, limit Green doing all the chasing. Long gone are the days of Sarge looking over at Green with the I can't possibly go get it face. Plus, the other pairs work.
