top 2 should be Kredier and Erixon, would be shocked if its even close but you have to put the poll up

at 3 it gets interesting with Thomas, Miller, Hagelin, McIlrath ,etc

Also Hagelin should still be classified as a prospect but if he plays the rest of the yr which he should then he should be taken off....I know hockeysfuture has a certain amount of games played to qualify but McD is obviously a mainstay on the rangers D but on their list

Erixon/Kreider are 3 months apart in age - drafted 4 spots apart.

Erixon is a proven 2-way defenseman in a men's league who's game has translated into a PPG defenseman in the AHL in his rookie year.

I'd be shocked if Kreider hits the same PPG mark next year. And you have to take note that Erixon is a defenseman first and foremost.

Kreider's tools are good, but I think he qualifies as our most overrated prospect.

But it's also not about what they've done so far, but what we expect (or hope) them to do in the future.

If you think that Erixon will end up as a very good top 4 D-man, but Kreider will be a first line player you'd pick Kreider.

Lots of people on here think that if it all goes to plan Kreider eventually turns into a 30+ goal top-liner so it's not that hard to understand whu they rank him as our best prospect
