Injured players are Tristan Grant, Linus Omark, Kirill Tulupov, Ryan Lowery, Andrew Lord, Tyler Pitlick, Alex Plante.
Injury update - Tyler Pitlick and Kirill Tulupov are both on the road trip due back soon from injury. Alex Plante has go through some stuff with the doctor on the ice back in OKC and if that goes well get in a practice before he can be fully cleared to play.
Yann Danis gets the start in net again tonight.
Taylor Chorney drops the gloves with Igor Gongalsky of the Americans in a short scrap.
Barons Dman Andrew Martens rings an early shot off of the goal post.
Antti Tyrvainen getting into it after the whistle with a couple Amerks players. Some of the dislike and chippy stuff from last game seems to be bleeding over into this one.
OKC scores to take a 1-0 lead.
Goal scored by Barons Dman Dylan Yeo on a nice feed and lone assist from Teemu Hartikainen. Harski faked the shot, delayed and passed it over to Yeo.
OKC scores again a minute or two later to make it 2-0!
Goal scored once again (by the nephew of Dave Manson) Dylan Yeo with assists to Taylor Chorney & Philippe Cornet.
The Barons go on the PK. Hunter Tremblay controls the puck short handed for nearly the entire first half of the Amerks power play. Followed by a partial break away chance on net by Tanner House.
Rochester finishes the last bit of the power play with back to back to back good scoring chances but Yann Danis shuts the door.
Cameron Abney getting into a with Gongolsky who fought Chorney at the start of the period. Probably seeing if he wants to fight someone a little more his size.
Hunter Tremblay sets up Chorney for a dangerous shot on net that the goalie had trouble and it dribbled wide of the net.
Foligno from Rochester with a bit of a blind side hit on Tyrvainen and Cameron Abney roughs up Foligno afterward.
Rochester takes a penalty in the dying seconds of the first period.
---
Barons no conversion on the PP.
Rochester come hard on offense. Cam Abney coughs up the puck multiple times in his own zone but Yann Danis and his linemate Milan Kytnar bail him out.
Lennart Petrell and Hunter Tremblay team up for a good shift that resulted in three scoring chances.
Hartikainen and Tanner House follow up the above shift with another good shift that produces a couple solid scoring chances.
Antti Tyrvainen is getting in slashing, pushing and verbal battles with Amerk players every single shift now. That pesky Finn is great at getting under teams skin.
Curtis Hamilton skates in on a potential scoring chance but is stripped of the puck at the last second with a nice defensive play by a Rochester D.
Yann Danis again coming up with some nice saves.
Teemu Hartikainen with a dominant puck possession shift.
A Rochester player with a dangerous sounding hit from behind. Hamilton was okay and came back at the player. Cameron Abney jumped in and tried to get about three different Amerks players to go with him. But no takers and Abney gets a 10 minute misconduct penalty. Zack Kassian also got a ten minute misconduct for Rochester.
Shots are 16-15 in favour of OKC at the end of two. Still 2-0 Barons.

I missed the first 5 minutes of the third period. But at the start of period, just a minute in Rochester scored to cut the Barons lead down to 2-1. (
Later on I heard an audio replay of this goal, it was caused by a brutal giveaway in his own zone by Teemu Hartikainen.)
Apparently at some point Chris Vandevelde left the game. But the announcer is not sure when or why he left.
An Amerks player shoots the puck over the glass and OKC heads to the power play. Lots of pressure from the Barons but they fail to convert and are 0 for 4 in the game.
Milan Kytnar with apparently a pretty wicked accidental high stick on a Rochester player who went down and the Barons immediately rush down the ice and score seconds afterward. Barons now lead 3-1.
Goal scored by Curtis Hamilton with assists from Ryan Keller & Milan Kytnar.
That is weird with the high sticking non-call and immediate goal. The exact same thing happened to the Barons last night against this same team. Now the tables turned. This goal was a little more important though.
The Amerks pull their goalie and almost immediately afterwards they score to make it 3-2!
OKC losing key draws here late in the period with no Vandevelde and no O'Marra dominating the face off circle.
Rochester puts the goalie back in for the face off, he starts to leave the net, OKC steals the puck and gets a partial break away so he has to rush back into the net and gets scored on anyway. OKC regain their 2 goal cushion.
Goal scored by Hunter Tremblay unassisted.
OKC wins a big one 4-2 and sweep the previously hot Rochester Americans.
I believe this win puts the Barons back into 1st overall by one point (the standings section on the AHL site is down so I can not double check that).
Three Stars:
1. OKC - Dyaln Yeo
2. OKC - Yann Danis
3. RCH - Paul Szczechura
