Audio preview Heatley, Burns, and Fletcher http://downloads.wild.nhl.com/podcasts/2595_PREVIEW.MP3
Pretty sure Burns refers to us as "Minny" during his interview lol.

I hope Cullen's 1000th NHL game will motivate the team.

FYI, I've made a main board thread on Cullen and pretty much nobody seems to care. Can't say I'm surprised.

Will miss this one, as I'll be at work until 10.

I hope each former Shark nets one in a 3-2 Wild win.

Well, he plays for the Wild, and aside from us, nobody cares about the Wild.

Thanks!

Honestly I never dreamed I would get this amount of positive reinforcement. Maybe I'll stop hating myself when it comes to these things.

You guys' GDT is absolutely hilarious too btw, but I said that there already

Well if theres any team Heater and The Gooch should be inspired to play hard against, it's the Sharks.

Russo needs to grill Yeo on why Lundin is a perpetual scratch. He was one of the better D-Men, so why is he sitting all the time? Something has to be up with this.

GDT made me laugh, good work and good luck! I'm sure Cullen will score a hatty on us tonight, because that's how the Sharks roll.

Kind of surprised that Yeo would insert McIntyre on the 2nd line. Seems like Johnson has earned that ... I'd prefer Brodziak centering Clutter and Powe on the 3rd line, and Peters centering McIntyre and Staubitz/Gillies on the 4th line.

I know the argument for keeping Johnson on the 3rd line is continuity, but didn't Yeo earlier in the year say that he wanted players to earn their minutes. What has McIntyre done to earn the minutes he'll get on the 2nd line?

The banishment of Lundin to the pressbox is baffling. Suspect there's something off-ice going on there because Lundin's play really didn't seem that bad when he was in there (now eons ago). Wonder if that is more Rick Wilson's call than Yeo's? Just guessing.

I'm just hoping for more than 1 goal tonight.

A win would exceed my expectations.

McIntyre earned his second line spot during his first callup. In fact, he played second line minutes over another prospect (Palmer?) who seemed better suited.

His groin has a concussion. Further proof that guys rely on two brains when thinking and making decisions.

Fair enough ... but I don't see how McIntyer has earned it. He's played in two games with 20:26 of TOI; 0 points and 1 shot. I've watched all the games this year and only faintly remember him playing. I thought he played 4th line in one of those games but my memory might be off. Anyway ... no big deal. Hope he plays well tonight and takes advantage of a great opportunity. Looks like Fletch made a good move when he shipped Noreau to NJ for McIntyer.
