Seriously though, I hope the Jets can start establishing themselves as a scrappy team on the road who can grind teams down in their own rink. The Buffalo game, even though it wasn't always pretty, was a prime example of that. Make yourself more than just a minor nuisance through the neutral zone, and keep the game along the wall.

Agreed, and classic track!

I see your Styx and raise you

Bruins suck. Campbell sucks. This is the Jets board. Thanks for stopping by.

If the good guys win tonight, you can thank me.
That is a fine idea. I NEVER win so I'm going to do the same

Win or loose, just be competitive.

A win would be better though.

I know.

Just trying to figure out why someone wants Soups to get dropped. It is a bit odd to hear that seeing as how it's usually Marchand or Looch that people want dropped.

I'd imagine if I had said I want a guy like Evander Kane dropped people would have the same reaction.

But we have to be able to allow fans of other teams to at least have civil conversations do we not?

I haven't seen him make any derogatory statements.

I could see it. Any gritty player who gets in other peoples kitchens is bound to draw the ire of opposing fans. The weasely ones more than others.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are people out there who want to see Kane get pummeled (Matt Cooke's family? )

Hence the smiley face

As you and I well know, opposing fans who come over to defend their players can cause a poopstorm.

I will love Kane forever because of this. I also really like him.

No poopstorm I assure you.

I really enjoy the Jets. Always liked the Thrashers and you guys have Stuie so I follow you guys a bit.

I just want a good, CLEAN, hard fought game with the B's coming out on top of course.

Totally understand. It's too bad though. The whole website would be better if we could have conversations with other fans without the insults.

Agree on Stuart. He's one of my favorites. Tough, hard nosed guy. Blocks shots with total disregard to his body, and sticks up for his teammates. What's not to love?

I also want a good, clean, hard fought game. I would also prefer if the Jets won. C'mon, you guys don't need the points as bad as us! Share some!
