Sucks about Nick. I don't know why they let him practice right after an inconclusive test result. He didn't pass! Does it take an internet poster to pose as an internet doctor, to remind the team doctor, he didn't pass the facking test, why are you going to risk him even for a practice?
Both he and Green probably both pronounced themselves fine lately, I understand. But I think both would have failed stringent tests if given. If you didn't pass the test, you failed. Bah whatever, its time to move forward...

Why not start Neuvy? LA has trouble scoring and he's not played in ages.
Vokoun has played pretty well. That last game wasn't on him at all. The defense broke down and played sloppy in the 3rd. I don't think Dale wants to give the impression that if the team loses no matter how you play, I'm putting someone else in net next game. I like this move. Now lets hope vokoun doesn't give up softies tonight.

I didn't mean to suggest Vokoun didn't deserve a start, just that sometimes you need to rest your starter. But I see your point. Don't want it appearing that it's due to the loss.
not surprised with either backstrom or green. that neither was skating was a pretty strong signal.
at this point i would expect a minimum of a weeks skating in practice before either plays again.
i am not holding my breath on either.
