Did anyone else catch Drew Stafford's goal?

Drew Stafford was tabbed to take an OT penalty shot last night adn scored on Jimmy Howard to give the visiting Fighting Sioux of North Dakota a 4-3 win in Maine's home opener.

The funny thing is that the announcers said that Stafford hadn't played particularly well up to that point, but they made him NoDak's POTG for scoring the OT GWG.

The good news, he made Jimmy Howard look really bad on the penalty shot. And Howard is a darn good goalie.

Drew Stafford scored his 2nd GWG of the weekend last night. This time it was a PP tally in the 2nd period as North Dakota beat Maine 3-1.

Groovy. Did you get the College Sports package or something?

I have DirecTV's Sports Pack. CSTV is one of the networks that I get that has college hockey coverage.

NESN and the RSNs in Minnesota and Wisconsin have plenty of games on as well.

Although, with Vanek gone, I don't have anyone to watch when the Gophers are on.

I had something like that last year when I had to get a package to get Empire. I got all those fox sports channels, one of which showed lots of Minnesota games, which I tuned in to often.
