It's okay. They have a decaying team. Whatevs.

Oh wait, they have kovalchuck for another 1000 games. Sorry, my B. Maybe NJ will get moved to QBC.

So put a French speaking guy with a Swedish speaking guy and make them communicate in English. Sounds like a recipe for hilarity!

Yeah they need to put Horcoff on that line so they have a simple jack speaking guy that can dumb everything down for them.

The Oilers blueline consists of $7.39 million in salary. Anyone expecting them to win consistently with that blueline needs to have their head examined. Money isn't alway an accurate indicator of talent, but in this case it illustrates how limited they are at this point with injuries to key D-men, and how inexperienced they are.gregor

That's some solid savings they are getting. I mean if you're going to suck you might as well not be paying a lot to do so. That's just over $1.2 million per d-man. Which is about double the league minimum.

I'm excited to see Petry and Smid together. Although, I'm slightly worried about the other pairings at the same time

we are losing this for sure. 3-1 NJ.

And why is it that teams tend to play their back-up goalie against us....hmmmm

Adam Henrique will break Theo Fleury's record by scoring 4 shorthanded goals tonight.

Book it.

Sad thing is Horcoff and his $6.5 take home pay this year almost equals the entire blueline.

And in 1998 Sergie Fedorov made more money than the entire Nashville Predators roster.

Magnus Paajarvi - Eric Belanger - Anton Lander About time we see these guys play together. I Expect at least 1 or 2 goals from this line.

They did play together briefly on the 4th line before PRV got sent down to the farm.

My gut says the Oilers will win.
My common sense says the Oilers take a 2-1 lead and lose 4-2.

Baking cookies, drinks on standby, dogs will be going outside early so they last through out the game, timer on the game, supper premade. It's been a long wait since Saturday and the Oilers should be ready too

No doubt, how Hall and Smyth are above him on the depth chart is mind bottling.

He's played on the right side before too.. so why not try him at least on the second line with Smyth and Horcoff. Oh wait.. Horc isn't that much of an improvement over Belanger. Sorry MPS.. you're screwed again.
