I went to Winnipeg once for a couple weeks to visit my best friend after he moved there.

I got more mosquito bites in that brief time there than I have in the rest of my life combined.

True story.

There's a woman in the crowd wearing a black Worcester jersey.

I would've put money on being the only person in the country to own one of those who wasn't related to a player.

Jets broadcaster seems to have one single volume level.

It's like that Will Ferrell SNL sketch where he talks about being unable to modulate the volume of his own voice.

He was leaking on the bench during the Wild game after a scrum. I think he broke his nose, given the gauze they had to jam up there.

The SD feed that NHLCI is using from CSN is absolutely terrible. It is also my only option as there is no HD feed or another feed from the Jets. The way it looks and feels, you can get motion sickness watching the game.

Nah, I think it is from 11 years of watching Jeff Rimer and the Blue Jackets

So the SD feed is stretched on my screen. They show an up-close shot of Douglas Murray.

Dude is scary enough in normal view, but then I see him in stretched view? I think he could eat the children I have yet to father!
