Have to think he won't play tonight, has anyone been called up?

No call-ups yet. I think Scott goes to 4th line and SOD or Lepisto takes over the D-spot

Thats probably correct. Move Kane back to center I'm guessing?

That's what they did last night, probably happens again. I suppose they could call Pirri up though.

Yeah:

Sharp-Toews-Brunette
Stalberg-Kane-Hossa
Morin-Bolland-Frolik/Bickell
Scott-Mayers-Bickell/Frolik

Keith-Seabs
Hjam-Leddy
Monty-Lepisto/SOD

Crawford
Emery

Reading some of the updates from last night, it sounded like Kruger wasn't all there when on the bench after his hit. Not a good sign. I'd expect him out a few games at least.

In a related note, as I posted in another thread, Pirri got the call today to come up.

Looks like Carcillo is on IR for a bit too...

I'd rather see Morin in the top-6 than Brunette. How about this:

Morin-Toews-Sharp
Stalberg-Kane-Hossa
Bickell-Bolland-Frolik
Scott-Mayers-Brunette

Tonight, it's possible you could see:

Morin-Toews-Kane
Sharp-Pirri-Hossa
Bickell-Bolland-Frolik
Burnette-Mayers-Stalberg

There is a chance they hold out Pirri, but I doubt it. Also, they could move Bolland up to the 2nd line, Mayers to the 3rd, and Pirri could center the 4th line.

Do not want Pirri centering the 4th.

I really hope Krüger is fine. Having him on the lineup is better than Bickell or few others. His PK time (as little as it was) will be missed because others have to take on this minutes.

Krugs will be back soon enough. Pirri should be the C of line 2. If Pirri plays well enough offensivly and Morin plays like he does now, Morin will be the guy that gets send down.

When's the last time a Hawk was suspended? It always seems people are getting the boot paying against us instead. Ovy on Campbell, Wiz on Seabs, Smith on Smith, Borque on Seabs, and soon to be Engelend (sp?) on Kruger.

Carcillo in late October for his hit on Pitkanen.

I see what you wanted to say. And before Carcillo it was Hjammer last year with his hit on Pominville.

But it's true when you say that the Hawks are a fair team. You see it with the taken penaltys and not many suspensions

Hahahaha three games suspension. That is nothing, Deryk will not even be missed for any team in NHL. 3 games?

Hossa 0 (zero, nula, nil) goals in ES games since Kruger was promoted to 2nd center (10 games), Patrick Kane 1 goal, 4 weeks ago ?.
If we play teams like Bruins, Rangers or Flyers, they destroy us.

what has this to do with Krüger? Hossa hasn't scored a ES Goal with Pirri too.

but Hossa was a beast all the time and the best Winger in the past month

Actually, he has one. Ducks game but Toews was the center.

Kane only has 1 ES goal since being paired with Toews.

I see. Hossa being the best winger but he not scoring has no bearing on who his centreman is?
In the 2 games Pirri has been here, the line has been much more dangerous and Sharp got a beauty ES goal last game (playing with Hossa and Pirri).

The more I see Kruger play the more I feel he is physically in over his head at this point in his development. I don't think it is a coincidence that he is getting pummeled physically out there. Pirri is no physical speciman himself but has been pretty good at moving the puck faster and avoiding the big hits.

With Piri being no factor on that goal.

Like I stated above Kane only has one ES goal since pairing up with Toews. Is Toews dragging down Kane?

Since he wasn't kicked out of the actual game, I'm sure he got 2+1 to make it 3.

It was likely a 2 game suspension if he had been correctly called for it in the first place.l
