We have something going for us, we're good at home, and the Lightning are from the looks of it, the worst road team...

Goal differential is -38, vs Washington's -16 on the road...

Eakin in for Perreault.

Ovechkin - Johansson - Semin
Knuble - Laich - Brouwer
Hendricks - Halpern - Ward
Chimera - Eakin - Beagle

Defense remains the same. Schultz and Erskine just aren't good enough skaters for Hunter and Johnson's system.

Vokoun makes his 8th straight start.

Chimera on the 4th line. That can't be right, what's he being punished for excessive goal celebrating by DH.

Anybody think Erskine will at least get a jersey now when next we play the Habs?

Looking at those lines, that 4th is probably more like the 3rd.

Watch by Kuznetcov today against the Automobilist (1-1). You're so lucky guys, really he looks great. Made a fool from whole team in PK play was a really gorgeous. Hope to see Ovi - Kuzya - Semin soon.
Good luck with Tampa.

Better win. Better destroy them. But even if the caps play down and win in OT, at least the point for TB helps in their chase to top Colorado!

Caps need the points in THEIR chase to top Colorado.

Have a feeling we're in for a neutral zone-dominated snoozer.

Looking at the people in the background, it looks like a US field trip in Afghanistan. It looks like half think they need to milk the poor thing. I hope the hog got a good shot in on a little stinker before going to the Bourqu... err Pork Party.
