I can't get over how dumb Weber was on that sequence. Jacques would've benched him so hard that 2000 years later he'd have a religion named after him.

edit: I mean the sequence where he pinches like a creepy old guy at a nude bar. Not the failed high-stick.

Only the last 5 teams can have the 1st pick overall. But the lottery is for the teams that didn't make the playoffs. And every team in those 14 can win the lottery but can't move more than 5 spots. But if you finish dead last, you have more chance at winning the lottery, the 2nd worst little less chance etc. till the 14th team.

This was last year.

I'm not exactly sure how it works, but they don't have equal chance.

Odds of Winning the 1st Overall Pick (2011)
48.2% - Edmonton Oilers
18.8% - Colorado Avalanche
14.2% - Florida Panthers
10.7% - New York Islanders
8.1% - Ottawa Senators

How the hell can you expect a young kid, playing defense, who was moved from forward to D, to play great when he's not used frequently. Seriously people? You can't even ask that from Campoli and other vets but are expecting it from a young guy?

Seriously that was one of the dumbest high stick I have seen in years. Why did he raise his stick exactly ?

Do you know the probabilty of winning the lottery (1st pick overall) if we finish 26th?

Agree...but play the crap out of him now and get rid of the growing pains....season's done.

The rest of the year should be a training ground for the kids.

How the hell did Eller get that pass off and stay onside?

Thanks! Interesting. So the chances to get 1st overall are pretty slim unless you finish last.
