im surprized hes still doing it tbh. i would have expected Lavi to have called him out on it by now..

theres times for fancy pants pass's and theres times for just shoot the godam puck on net directly..

Roo doesnt seem to be getting the math right at all lately.

Does it not appear that defenders are playing pass on him too, or am I just over analyzing him ?

If Pronger was here, he'd give G a good talking to. Locker room shouting match part two.

If we know it, and he's been doing this since he came into the league, everyone else knows he's almost always going to pass, too.

well i think Roo n Jagr are always teh focus when they are out..

which isnt a bad move considering they are magical with the puck and getting room to fire.. but lately not so much on the actual release on net idea.

A lot of traffic on 2nd goal. Bryz did not see it or probably saw it but late.

Shoudl of been ready as soon as Schenn turnned the puck over.
Do not really blame this one but 1st goal was iffy

Cmon guys, its the defenders job to play the pass to begin with. LEave the shots to the goalie. ANd i for one would like to think that roo, who just happens to have insane hockey sense, knows when its best to shoot or pass. But thats just me, maybe you guys can tryout for 2013

Another pretty strong period offensively. Nice PP as well, their PK unit was out of breath, too bad we didn't get a goal out of it. Both goals scored were goal scorers goals, can't blame the goalies on them. Couturier is the man at the moment. He really is too good to keep on the fourth line, hope Schenn takes the "demotion" in the right way and brings a lot of energy to that line.

Most of our guys are taking the shots tonight (Voracek is snake bitten for sure), if just Jagr and Giroux could do the same more often.

We're (that is, Brière is) dominating faceoffs so far. 24 won and 15 lost for the team, Brière is 11-1.

Positive, win this period and steal 2 points.

Of course he knows hockey a million times more than me, doesn't mean he could be making dumb decisions, be in a rut, etc. Are you going to tell me you don't see G forcing passes as opposed to taking a shot?

I want to see Rinaldo against Tootoo. Both guys can go.

Tootoo beat up Sestito a while ago.
