Inconsistent, poor conditioning, should have stayed in school.
He was constantly double-teamed in college this past year, but still put pressure up the middle. He anchored a very good defense for Michigan State, and was a leader there.
I like him more than Devon Still or any other DTs in the draft, but that was before the conditioning problems. I didn't know about the conditioning, need to read into that more.
Does anyone else think Blake Griffin is going to be terrible when he's 30?
He's only average now. All he does is try to bull his way into the lane and then dunk. His mid range game is below average if its over 15ft its not going in, and he is an above average rebounder (but he is like 6'10" so he should be good at rebounding) But that's about it. He get's hyped up by the media because of all the dunks and his athleticism , and since he was a number 1 pick. If he had been a mid 1st rd pick and played in small market, you'd barely hear about him.

No, I think he'll work on his game more and become better. Right now, he's just out-athletic other players.

Agree on the offensive game, but disagree on being a above average rebounder. I think he's a great rebounder.

Kevin Love is so much better than he is too...
Disagree on both. Why trade a guy who sells tickets and give you publicity, he's also a double-double guy. I like Love but he isn't much better than BG. Their post game is pretty much the same, Love is a better shooter outside.
Blake Griffin is the most overrated player in the league. Its official. He can jump and he can hit jumpers when no one is 10 ft close to him. I wouldn't trade Gallo for him (close but not a complete enough player)

Personally id take the guy who puts up more points and doesn't play a premium scoring position.
Griffin is a 20\10 guy with a ton of ability and the huge dunks a well. Gallo wants too be that good of a player someday.

Nuggets got in Denver at 2:45 am. Interesting stat, Kobe has scored less than 20 points against Denver 3 of past 4 games. I hope he plays like last game, 6-28 shooting.
Where does Peyton Manning go? It's looking like the colts are replacing the front office guys and coaches that had Peyton's back and that 28 million dollar bonus is a lot to a guy coming off major neck surgery and will probably throw Luck into the fire this year.
If the ravens had him I think he would be a huge upgrade over flacco and would easily be a top 3 SB contender, but I don't see them doing that. Skins seem like a likely landing spot for him.
