Could be one of the worst UFC offerings ever.

It isn't great, but there have been incredibly worse Fight Nights. This card was put together on really short notice and took injury hits on top of it. When losing a Ryan Jimmo fight and a Mike Brown really hurts the quality of a show, you know it ain't good. What's going to suck is that a lot of us are going to watch the prelims too, and if those prelims suck, and the card sucks, that's going to be about 5-6 hours of watching garbage fights.

On the bright side, Melvin/Miller, Neer/Bang, and Shalorus/dude whose name I can't spell should be entertaining fights. I have NO idea how Schafer's still in the UFC, by the way.

I am interested what UFC Fight Night's you would consider worse than this one. It has virtually no co-main event. I forgot Neer was even back in the UFC, much less near the top of the card. Just a terrible card.

Personally, I think they intentionally designed the card with a lot of no name fighters. The thing about little known fighters is that they tend to be just as interested as making a name for themselves as they are about winning, so they go extra hard for finishes. The casual fan likes finishes and this card should have them.

Also, it's not like early Fight Night cards were stellar or anything. They were filled with guys from TUF, who at that time, nobody really knew how good or bad they were going to end up being.

Swick/Burkman. Lauzon/Stephens wound up having a future heavyweight champion on the card, but nobody could have known that. At the time it was a poor offering. Stout/Fisher probably is too. It's definitely a bad card, but there have been worse IMO.

Why do people who are going to be watching on TV complain about how terrible a free card is?

This looks worse than a MFC card.

Because we have no life, never reached our potential, and are reminded of this by our families every Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, etc.

One of the reasons for me is that I like to attend events live, and stuff like this just doesn't cut it as UFC quality. I'm sure fans were excited to see the UFC live, and then they get this?

How many years back were those cards? Like 4?

Fine, worst Fight Night recently.

Yeah, those were a real long time ago, lol. Even the PPV undercards from around UFC 80 or so often pale in comparison to what we get now.

I'd be surprised if there's ever going to be a card this bad from here on out honestly. Especially with another new title being added. The two Fuel cards look better than this one too, which I never expected to happen.

Like I said with the 141/142 talk, I'm hoping its just a really busy stretch and soon we'll have some deeper cards again when things settle down.

Eh, there's been worse fight nights. Guillard/Miller, Bang/Neer and Barry/Morecraft should all be fun.

Both guys are coming off losses so I don't think so.
