So, I love Jon Anik. He is so much better than Goldie it's not even funny.

I'm not watching right now, so I have to ask who is in the booth with Anik?

Yamasaki would have DQ'd Brenneman for all those shots to the back of the head.

Anik just needs to add more excitement to his voice when the fight builds to a finish. Other than that, he's been better than Goldie.

I dunno I was never really a big fan of Mir when he called WEC fights.

"WOW HE'S GOT A GUILLOTINE, THIS FIGHT IS OVER TODD!"

I like Mir better than Bonnar but IMO Florian is the best out of the three. Couture was pretty good too.

Well, they're all better than Brock being an analyst and this is coming from somebody who is a huge fan of his.

This next fight should be fantastic. I picked Kamal, but I have no idea if he will win this.

Was hoping for the armbar counter by Brenneman on that last kimura attempt but I guess with only 10 seconds left in a fight he was clearly winning, there wasn't really any point. In general you don't wanna try to kimura a guy from underneath side control but it was worth a try by Roberts given the situation.

After watching some of Nurmagomedov's fights on YouTube, I like Shalorus' chances. Nurmagomedov seems to win a lot of his fights by shooting in from way far away from his opponent, eventually getting them down and then working for a sub. I don't think that's gonna cut it against Shalorus, he should be able to shrug off those takedowns pretty easily. Nurmagomedov's striking didn't look so hot to me either.

I'm fully prepared to be proven wrong however

That was an awesome round. Khabib's striking still isn't hot. He's hesitant and it lacks technique, even though he's powerful.

Shalorus had no idea he was even in a fight after the 2nd round. Nuts. That punch must have had him on queer street the entire fight after that.
