Me, Myself & Mike was right. there was a losing attitude in the Habs locker room. Gauthier passed it on to Feaster.
Habs are 1 and 0 with Bourque. Flames are 0 and 1 with Cammy.

As a Habs fan, Rangers are the one team I'd play against over Bruins and the Flyers

You'll have the higher seed and thus home ice advantage. We usually play horrible in Madison Square Garden.

Good solid win well earned. Subban didn't spit on Del Zotto from that view it looks closer then where Del Zotto actually was. We won but we might of lost 2 players. Hopefully Pleks and Moen are alright.

Pleks looked liked he took a hit to the head area commentators said jaw...
Moen looks like he might of got a lower body type injury.

Subban didn't spit on Del Zotto. Del Zotto walked into it. Subban was looking at the goal celebration just like the other two guys next to him.

I loved the Bourque - Plekanec - Kostitsyn and the Darche - Gomez - Blunden lines! Hopefully they stick together next game. Sucks for Eller though... Not sure where he'll play.

Man, I miss the game and the team looks like it actually played like a team tonight. Oh well, glad they got the win. Or am I?

Well, duh!

Randy has been giving him Plekanec-style tough minutes against the toughest opposition the Habs faced! Eller is going to be really good, but he's not ready for that!

Of course he's been invisible. He's being thrown to the wolves by his coach while Plekanec his cooling his heels on the third line.

This. Strong hockey play. The primary area of contact wasnt the head either.

First line was nutso.

Gomez was good.

Subban was a BEAST tonight. Two nights in a row for him.

Bourque looked solid for his first game on a new team, always been a fan of how he plays.

If only gomez can consistently play the way he does against the rangers at home... he could be useful.

also nice not to have a PP until the very end so it could never ruin our momentum

Personally, if Moen is out, Darche or Blunden can play with Nokaleinen next game..

Cole-DD-Patches
Bourque-Pleky-Kostitsyn
Eller-Gomez-Blunden/Darche/
Darche/Blunden-Nokaleinen-XXX

I'd rather have Eller on the wing with Gomer on a offensive oriented line rather then having him play center for 7 minutes per game. Obviously these lines are until Moen gets back, because Eller and Moen play well together.

I really don't get why people have been complaining so much about Plekanec when he's pretty much been playing with spare parts. I don't blame them for keeping the "two and a half men" line together and Gomez earned some ice time tonight, but Pleks is basically being used as a breakaway specialist.

LOL either way it's a big week coming up here....rivalry week....Washington, Pittsburgh then Toronto. If we can snap off three wins (doubtful, not impossible) it would go a long way to improving our outlook for a playoff berth.

I really liked the way the team looked tonight.

GO HABS GO

Gomez sounds like a guy who knows it's his last chance.

meh. eller hasn't earned it. he still needs to prove himself, he'll continue to get chances when people go down.
