Wellman's still on the 4th line. When will people get it he's a scorer not a grinder.

We are so going to get destroyed tonight, good thing I won't be watching tonight's game.

3 points in 3 games, better demote him.

The best I can figure is Yeo plans on rolling four lines each with a "scorer" and a grinder, and then give them relatively equal ice time.

i can see what yeo's going for in these lines, our goal is to get nothing but the dirtiest of goals. we hardly have any skill so grinding it out every shift is our best option to win, instead of bringing up unexperienced skilled players trying to be flashy and do things alone.

So, Rinaldo is out and Shelley will now replace him.

Yeah, that guy... Let's hope he doesn't injure anyone.

Or score on Minnesota again.

Actually, I wouldn't mind if he does.

Much better than injuring a player.

i think wild lose 7-2. probably 7-0 though

This is a 5-1 loss, Seto with the only one for Wild. Jagr 2+1.

I actually see this as a physical, rough game. Lets not forget that Philly has guys like Talbot, Simmonds, and Hartnell playing big roles too. I'd imagine this game is very similar to the St.Louis game and ends 4-2 Philly with an empty netter. I think Cullen and Zidlicky (Yes Zidlicky!!) score.

6-0 Wild win, Wellman with the hat trick and Staubitz with a 3 point night. Book it.

I've actually liked what I've seen from Zidlicky (offensively). He hasn't been terrible defensively compared to the rest of our blue line, either.

He's being demoted because outside of moments in the San Jose game he's been brutal and a liability. People really need to get over looking solely at point totals. And yes, even with the team's troubles to score.

Hell yeah, just beat the Flyers 3-2 in OT with a Johnson goal in nhl 04...
The only thing that is surely a lie is that we had more shots than Philly

Don't worry he will be on the ice less than 5 minutes and in the rare circumstance he catches up to someone he wont be going very fast when he checks them.

I like the energy he brings, along with the fact that he's not afraid to shoot the damn puck.

•If the Wild get good goaltending tonight, anything is possible.

•I have wanted to see what Heatley and Cullen could do together. Maybe Matt is the guy to light Heater's fire.

•Spreading it out across four lines - just so crazy it might work.

I don't consider skating really fast in a straight line to be energy.

Not to mention he lacks any kind of hockey sense to find soft spots to shoot the puck. Ya, I'm just not a fan of Wellman at all at the NHL level. Seems the two coaching staffs have felt the same...

Yeah I don't see the Wild bringing Wellman back and don't really see him as an NHL scorer.

BUT, 3/4 of our team are AHL'ers anyways. He's maybe the only player outside Heater who's worth watching once he gets the puck.
