Tried it when Koivu was out at the start of this losing streak. It looked BRUTAL. And I mean that in a very bad way.

And as for Wellman being brutal...well, the kid needs to work on his defense a litte bit, but come on, hes the only guy shooting a lot of the time.

Injury Report: Russo out with a concussion, yes I'm serious.

Also we should do a #FreeZanon campaign.

"Cullen enters the zone, drop-pass to..."

*camera cuts to Heatley still struggling through the neutral zone*

After reading the lines, I'm just cracking up about tonight. This is going to funny as hell.

Funny how I had this game circled when the Wild was #1 in the league as the game that would be the measuring stick. That really went to hell.

Well maybe betting against the Wild will bring them good luck. It's not like I'm playing with real money anyway.

Still is a measuring stick. Its going to measure how the Wild handle being without Koivu again and if they can bother to show up for this and future games.

The way I figure, if they show up, fight hard every game, and can somehow do .500 or better during this stretch, they might still be a playoff possibility when and if Koivu gets back.

Am I wearing rose colored glasses? Probably. But I want to give Yeo a chance to show us that hes got the team ready to dig deep like they've been talking the last couple days since Koivu went down.

I still believe.

I also kind of wonder how much these next couple games will be a measuring stick for GMCF on how hard he goes after a trade.

No Fletch, no desperation trades.

Other GM's are going to fleece us based on where we stand, improve from within, keep to the plan.

Lats should be back shortly, tweeted he's feeling better, no idea about Bouchard though.

Two thoughts:
1. Remember when Bobby Mac got laughed at for having Matt Read as his rookie of the year? He looks like a genius now.

2. I got a good #fsnbingo card - only one Koivu spot (not in a corner), the FSN girls) and ____ native (using that sucker for Bemidji State's Read).

Lets do this Philadelphia!

I think Ive got a pretty decent Wild Misery Bingo card for tonight. I have two Koivu sqaures, but only one of them requires him to do something. I do have "Backstrom loses shootout" tho.

Ive got one straight line of gimmies tho. So I might get Bingo this game.

this should be a pretty ugly game. I don't mean physically, because Philly has really turned into a really soft team lately...the score, however, should be brutally one-sided.
