the good I'd rather get out of the season is wins. I want the players to see progress is being made, success is coming, and they just have to keep working hard. not another year being labeled the biggest loser. players will join a good young team on the way up, not one that constantly underperforms and seems happy to keep it that way.

I have about 500 vcash. 300 is going on the oilers to win, as I think they will.
