Any quality sources in the mainstream media? or is this from the same guys who had him traded for a fourth rounder a few weeks ago?

I think he is a lock to be moved at some point, even if we had an injury and had to call up St.Denis it wouldn't be the end of the world.

I think it's just a matter of time before Mr. Campoli is moved. If a team out there is trageting Chris, he would be smart to do it fast so it would cost him cheaper. If he is really dealt in the next couple of days, I'm expecting a 4th or at best a 3rd

To San Jose Sharks:
Lars Eller
Andrei Kostitsyn
Hal Gill

To Montreal Canadiens:
Ryane Clowe
Jamie McGinn
Jim Vandermeer

Are we receiving too much for what we're giving? Considering that:

Clowe > Kostitsyn
McGinn < Eller
Vandermeer - Gill (can't say who's the best)

Habs really can't afford to lose Eller, period.

Umm, what's wrong with his statement exactly? Sharks would not trade Clowe for Kostitsyn and Habs would not trade Eller for Mcginn.

And at the opposite, Habs would trade Kostitsyn for Clowe, but wouldn't trade Eller for McGinn.

Do you think we could do a package deal with Boston, that could bring back Seguin, D. Hamilton, and maybe either Lucic/Horton?

I know this probably would never happen, but I'm just curious, what would it take to land those three in a package deal?

A healthy Crosby.

McGinn < Eller
Eller started to produce offensively only when he was put on the line with AK. Vice majority of his goals are result of Andrei's passes or AK's or Moen's forecheck. And even now Lars and McGinn have almost same number of points. Off course Lars is younger and I agree that his potential is higher, but let's wait till he will produce with 3-4 different line-mates before making such a statement

Clowe > Kostitsyn
The only "little >" I see here are points. But. How many players do you know who got traded to Canadiens and started to produce more points than they produced with different team or even same amount? Sharks are more offensive minded team. Clowe get's more OIT, more PP minutes and has better line-mates. I mean come on Couture would be top-3 in Habs roster. Thornton, Pavelski everyone he plays is better than Darche or Gomez. All other numbers are almost equal, even hits! Considering AK is smaller guy.
So they look pretty equal to me. AK is younger. Clowe has 1 year of contract left and he get paid 10% more than Andrei ...

It would take Perry+1rst+Fowler to land all of those pieces.

I agree, but I prefer them posting their, 'ideas' here than on the Trade Boards...

At least one report is shooting down rumors that the Montreal Canadiens are looking to trade polarizing young defenseman P.K. Subban.
It's understandable that some have wondered that, especially after he received a season-low in ice time recently, but Jim Matheson spoke with former Habs assistant Perry Pearn, who was emphatic that the team believes in him. You'd think that Montreal is far too thin on defense to trade away its most talented player.

Seriously? Seguin is probably one of the most untouchable players in the league. We don't have anything we could offer to get him here. Few teams do.

It's awesome how people like to critic them who share ideas BUT never share their own ideas to see what the others think of it.

They must be the same ones than them who critic other dudes' girlfriends as they are virgins.

In other words, when something's not right, or you shut your mouth instead of talking ****, or you say what you have to say and build arguments over it.

Thank you.

I could only see a RNH switch. Even there the Oilers would probably have to add a little piece.

I am sure that Giroux could get traded for him as well...

****! you caught me

but since you insist for more 'words': your proposal sends two UFAs and one of them should be retiring while the habs get clowe signed at a good contract for this year and the next.

if you are doug wilson, do you do this?

If Eller is as good as you people love him right here, I'd say yes. Not mentionning that the Sharks really need young players, they took away all their first round picks for the last couple of years, they drafted Charlie Coyle but he is now with the Wild.

with Gleason signing an extension, doesn't make Gill/Campoli a little more valuable now. Someone may pay a little more now
