Montreal's worthless.

Great pic.

Soooo...I agree with Erick, go with whomever has a Panther crest!

A win tonight puts us four points ahead of the 9th-seeded Leafs and creates further separation from the Winnipeg's and Buffalo's of the world. That would be good for my heart.

Gonna be pretty funny when Montreal gives Carey Price a 10-year deal leaving them stuck in mediocrity for a good decade.

To me this is as much, if not more important, than the caps.

How did DeBoer handle it wrong? Maybe I'm not aware of all the facts, but love to hear them. I was more of a supporter of his as a coach than most of you when he was here, but I also understood through accounts that he had some issues under the surface dealing with veteran players.

Nothing more than speculation by many anti DeBoer posters. Nobody except Deboer and Boynton know what went on. Yet many here think they know.

Anyone who doesn't think Deboer is quality NHL coach is out to lunch. We shouldn't open this can of worms.

If we play with the same tenacity we did against Boston, I have no doubt we will win this game AND score more than two goals.

Deboer is no doubt an nhl quality coach. But something happened between boynton and deboer that transpired onto the rest of the club. The team seemed to lose something after that incident and that singular event could have been the reason the panthers failed to make the playoffs in 09.

wow touchy subject here. Let me put my mediator hat on:

Factually, While we were in a a rare playoff position, Boynton came in after a game complaining and yelling about his ice time. PD, a rookie coach at the time, didnt know how to hand and call the GM to come up and handle. PD and JM decided to suspend him for 5 games in the heat of the race. Pretty sure we lost most of those 5 games. No Playoffs.

Some believe he did the right thing.

Some believe he simply made a rookie error.

Some never forgave him for what they perceive was the turning point of a rare playoff run.

This could overtake the thread in a heartbeat so I wont opine and suggest we move on.

Mediators are supposed to be neutral and report the facts that are known to all parties. You don't know the facts.

Yeah, the team's best player gave up on the season because he and his daddy already had their minds in Canada.

So basically they got us all crazy for nothing :p

Looks like Guds will pair with Kuli which means Ellerby and Weaver. I like it.
