I kinda found it odd. The owners are pushing for a hard cap at 55% (not in this article but what I've seen and heard). The NFL has a hard cap set at 64.8% of revenues.

A little OT, but I never realized Brian Urlacher was the highest paid player in the NFL at only $15m.
