How does Jurco not have a single point in a 7 goal performance? Geez.

He's working on his defensive game!

But no I hope his service obligations in Slovakia don't throw him off too much. He seemed to be in a real groove before then.

He will play his last game of the year today, the greyhounds missed the playoffs.

Any chance of him getting an ATO with Grand Rapids?

I was wondering myself, but I am thinking it is unlikely.

Brian Lashoff got an ATO in 08-09 and then went back to Kingston for 09-10 season. Zack Torquato did the same for 2 season as well. So it's completely impossible, but hasn't happened much.

Do you mean military service? I hadn't heard that this was an issue.

Anyone have a good stream for the Brynäs game?

Sunday's stats:
Quine 0+2, +1
Sproul 2+0, +2
Hudon 0+0, E, 3 hits
Ouellet did not play, I think they had already secured their division lead so he must have rested yesterday.
Mrazek did not play either, Ottawa also have a clear division lead.

Brynas lost 1-2, no points for the Jarnkrok line. On to game six. But Jarnkrok looked great, don't know if I saw him mishandle the puck once all game. Looks so slick on the PP distributing the puck.

Seriously... if you were the Red Wings, what would it be worth for you to give Andersson like $250,000 in hush money to throw around Sweden in exchange for keeping really good young players under wraps until after the draft.

Worth every penny although you better not get caught. With the money Illitch has I think I would give him more than that. It is funny how they kept both Lidstrom and Datsyuk under raps when you hear the stories.

I would sell my house, cars and take out the biggest loan I could, then live at the steps of the Joe.

Well Datsyuk was passed over in his draft year, so he was known. It was still in the days of small Euros suck phase and Lidstrom was in the Euro sucks phase.
